1.) Smaths Corporate Services provides accounting, corp sec, HR and advisory services to our clients. Our clients are mostly start-up of SMEs. All employees will be employed under this company.
2.) Seed Ventures is not backed by private equity funds or government-linked corporations. Our resources are our own and we answer only to ourselves. We do not manage an AUM. We do not ask the question:- "how defensible is your idea?". Our team is helmed by a lawyer, an accountant, a finance person, a scientist, an ops-person and a business guy. We work with a board of Joint-Venture partners. Our advisors include a PhD, a List-co chairman and more.
3.) SeedTank is a Business Pitching platform that the SGC owns. It provides an opportunity for startups (Local and regional) and investors to meet. Real-life investments will be happening on this platform. This yearly event is supported by our local Institute of Higher Learning (Polytechnics and Universities) as well as banks and other corporate entities.
4.) Seed Edu-Tech is the training and content provider for anything and everything on entrepreneurship.

During the Probation Period (Between 3 to 6 months), you are expected to:
a.) Shadow the Team Leader on Business Development Events
b.) Manage clients/projects with support from team-mates or Ops team
Package for Probation Period:
a.) $250 Allowance
b.) Commission Based
After Probation Period:
a.) $1,500 - $2,500 Basic
