Who we are

We are a 2 man team that runs a couple of e-commerce stores on Lazada, Shopee and our own website where we sell both smart home products and household items. The orders that come through these platforms need to be processed and packed promptly which is where we need a warehouse packing assistant who is both accurate and fast in packing orders.

Warehouse Packing Assistant

Part-time/Full-time

Location: Gambas crescent

Timing: Weekdays, 9.30 am to 1pm

What is the role:

As a warehouse packing assistant, you will be required to:

• Process orders that come from Shopee and Lazada stores.
• Pick items to pack, pre-pack items and drop off parcels at ninja point in the same building. 
• To do basic computer work (i.e. Updating no. of orders to pack on Excel)
• To organise and tidy items in the warehouse (Able to carry boxes weighing no more than 10 kg)
• To be able to use a ladder to retrieve goods from the racks
• To commit weekdays working hours from 9.30 am to 1 pm. May need to work in the afternoon some days. For full time, the working hours will be from 9am to 5pm.

Experience and Qualifications

• Able to read and write basic English
• ‘O’ level qualification desired but not necessary 
• An open mind to learn new things
• Experience in packing would be a bonus
