·Perfom basicaccounting, bank reconciliation, GL, trial balance, P&Lstatement.
·Generatecustomer quotation, invoice and receipts.
·Update andmaintain customer profile in CRM software and drop box backup.
·Knowledgeof photoshop, social media, e-commerce and internet savvy.
·Onboard5 customers per week. Handhold customers in product training.
·Addresscustomer enquiry on product function and feature questions.
·Impeccableattention to detail.
·Orientation. 2 weeks of product, internet marketing and onboard process training willbe provided.
·Assistant to company director.
· Opportunity to travel in Asia.
· Fresh or undergrad shall be consideredfor internship to perm position.
