Job Description

You will be working closely with the Managing Director and Strategic Director to meet the following objectives

  1. Expanding our product offerings: We will continue to curate and offer the latest and most innovative smart home products, as well as developing our own proprietary products that meet our customers' needs and expectations.
  2. Enhancing our customer experience: We will continue to provide exceptional customer service and support, including online resources, expert advice, and installation services to ensure that our customers have a positive and stress-free experience.
  3. Multi-channel approach: We will continue to sell our products through our e-commerce platform and retail stores, as well as exploring new channels, such as partnerships with home builders and contractors, to reach new customers and increase brand awareness.
  4. Geographic expansion: We will continue to explore opportunities for geographic expansion, by opening new stores in key locations and expanding our online presence in new markets.
  5. Strategic partnerships: We will continue to seek out strategic partnerships and collaborations with other companies

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other methods.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  3. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies with the directors.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  5. Work closely with other departments to ensure the success of sales initiatives.
  6. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
  7. Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  8. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  9. Participate in contract negotiations with clients and partners.
  10. Manage a portfolio of accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Smart Living Gallery's products and services.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven track record or some entrepreneurial experience.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation skills.
  5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  7. Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  9. Ability to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time).
  10. Familiarity with smart home products is a plus.
