As a UI/UX Intern, you will report to the VP of Platform and your main duties will be:
• Sleek Products
o Onboard and understand the platform features, services, digitalisation
o Relate Sleek platform modules to the main Sleek services
o Contribute in designing the features to support Sleek business growth and strategy
o Contribute in improving design of existing features to enhance user experience
o Create marketing material and visual identities to Sleek and its products
• Focus on UX:
o Revamp and create designs to make them 200% user centric, with the best user experience
o Value ergonomics, and usability above technical constraints
o Focus on delivering a seamless experience to the users
o Materialize the Sleek apps design
• Focus on UI:
o Provide designs aligned with the line defined jointly with marketing
o Adapt UI to the context and the type of users
o Bring a modern, professional, smooth touch to the platform UI
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
As a UI / UX Intern, the performance of your duties will be assessed based on:
• Ability to deliver on time, focusing on added value the designs, mock-up, guidelines
• Ability to bring new concepts new perspective
• Ability to understand and execute all actions assigned
• Ability to work with high autonomy, demonstrate strong ownership
• Ability to well manage time when facing difficulties or unknown areas
