Job Description

Explore the whole spectrum of the HR function through supporting both the HR Manager and the Talent Acquisition Manager for 6 months. Your role will integrate different dynamics from day to day HR & Recruitment activities to highly rewarding long-term HR projects.
HR Administration:
Process work passes applications, renewals and cancellations
Prepare the induction programme for new joiners
Follow up on employees absences
Assist in monthly payroll and claims processing
Ensure proper filing and updating in the HR system
Maintain employee handbook
Assist in attending to employees’ enquiries

HR Development:
Engage in structuring the HR function by defining and updating HR processes & tools
Review, recommend and administer Compensation & Benefits schemes for the organization
Bring the fun by organizing company events

Talent Acquisition:
Source top talents through a wide range of pipelines (job portals, LinkedIn…)
Lead interviews
Build a strong Employer Branding both online & offline to make of Sleek an employer of choice
Organise recruitment events
Build the Campus Management strategy to attract top interns & grads
