Job Description

Job Scope

  • Perform secretarial and administrative duties
  • Direct assist the Director
  • Prepare MS-PowerPoint slides and MS-Excel reporting
  • Responsible for collecting, scanning and submission of daily business
  • Assist in collating data and preparing reports
  • Assist in meetings preparation of PowerPoint slides
  • Preparation of meeting agenda, PowerPoint slides for monthly meetings
  • Booking and setting up training rooms for monthly meetings.
  • Planning, booking and scheduling for management retreats, company trips and events
  • To update monthly calendars with training dates, meeting dates, event dates
  • Send reminders regarding training dates, meetings, internal or external events, updates on regulations
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Self-discipline, Responsibility & well organized
  • At least 1 year of office related, hospital or Insurance-related work experience
  • Possess positive, "can-do" working attitude
  • Meticulous and methodical team player and ability to multi-task, take initiative, task orientated and work independently
  • Proficient in latest Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Google Email, Google Calendar
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Able to start work within short notice preferred
