1. Training Needs Analysis & Competency Matrix Mapping
   1. Collaborate with cross functional teams to set up training needs analysis
   2. Map the analysis into a formalised competency matrix/ framework.
2. Course and Training Review and Change Proposals
   1. Review current course and training offerings and map requirements
   2. Analyse training gaps with requirements and needs
   3. Propose measures to close training gaps and changes to revamp course offerings
3. Training and Development Framework Review
   1. Review current development framework & policies
   2. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
   3. Propose and drive changes in Framework
