Internship Job Scope (HR & Recruitment Focus)

• Assist in posting job advertisements on various job portals and platforms
• Help maintain recruitment records and databases in an organized manner
• Support in shortlisting candidates and coordinating interview schedules with managers
• Learn and assist in sourcing candidates through different channels (e.g., job boards, referrals, social media)
• Shadow and support in onboarding and training new hires

Requirement

• Candidate must posses a Full-time or on-going Diploma / A-level / degree in any field.
