Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in import/export/transhipment procedures via air/sea/land customs facilities.
- To be the point-of-contact for Customers and Transporters.
- Coordinate and liaise with Customers, Airlines, and Agents.
- Responsible for tracking of Goods, and ensuring problems are resolved timely, so as to avoid delays.
- Able to seek alternative solutions or provide value-added services to our Customers, so as to ensure the Goods are timely and effectively delivered.
- Prepare, maintain and file the freight documentations accordingly.
- Other adhoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management from time-to-time
Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma holders
- IT Savvy-Good communication skills
- Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
- Able to work on Weekends and PH due to operational exigencies.
