Job Description
Transcribe video/audio files and format English transcripts (with Singaporean content) in clean verbatim, in accordance with the project guidelines
Support the team in producing captions and subtitles
Work with freelancer pool and support in project management
Work closely with team of editors and project managers to support timely completion of work
Requirements
Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality of transcribed material
Fast typing skills and experience in using MS Word
Experience in transcription or subtitling would be a plus
Track record for being reliable and committed to meeting deadlines
Meticulous and possess strong research skills to carry out necessary research/checks to ensure accurate and consistent spelling/usage of words
Proactively communicate with fellow teammates to share updates and discuss any questions or issues
