Sky Global Logistics Services Pte Ltd – Operations Executive (Import / Export)

Sky Global Logistics Services provides premier end-to-end logistics services customised to our clients’ requirements. 

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in import/export/transhipment procedures via air/sea/land customs facilities.
• To be the point-of-contact for Customers and Transporters.
• Coordinate and liaise with Customers, Airlines, and Agents.
• Responsible for tracking of Goods, and ensuring problems are resolved timely, so as to avoid delays.
• Able to seek alternative solutions or provide value-added services to our Customers, so as to ensure the Goods are timely and effectively delivered.
• Prepare, maintain and file the freight documentations accordingly.
• Other adhoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management from time-to-time

Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma holders
• IT Savvy-Good communication skills
• Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
• Able to work on Weekends and PH due to operational exigencies.
