Position: HR Assistant

Employment Type : Full Time

Work Location: Singapore (Mandai FoodLink Area/ Nearest MRT Kranji)

Working Hours : Office Hours (Monday to Friday)

Monthly Salary : $1600 to $1800 (Based on working experience)

• Recruitment - to post, update, career postings from job portals and social networks
•  Screen resumes and application forms and schedule interviews with suitable candidates
• Prepare employment contract (onboarding and offboarding of staff)
• Review and propose improvements for employer branding
• Update files and Filing duties
• Scan documents and print files, when needed
• Other ad-hoc related duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Meticulous and responsible
• Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Computer and Microsoft office literate
• Attention to details & Confidentiality
