Responsibilities:

· Assist to maintain and monitoring project plans, and project schedules.

· Organize, attend, and participate in project meetings, when required.

· Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

· Provide administrative support as needed.

· Assist in developing project strategies.

· Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

· Assist in ensuring adherence to processes, and all documentation is

 available and updated.

· Provide the necessary system application support for projects launched.

· Undertake project tasks as required.

Requirements:

. Must be Singaporean

. Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

· Good organisational skills.

· Interest in new technology.

· Good verbal and written skills.

· Effective in communication with internal and external stakeholders.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
