Job Description
We are looking for a driven self-starter that’s eager to learn about digital marketing and content creation. You would mainly be responsible for researching and developing content for our digital channels to drive traffic and engagement, in order to convert them into loyal customers.
You will be exposed to many aspects of running an omnichannel retail business. Hence, you will have the opportunity to learn beyond the scope of your role, if you choose to do so.
Your Responsibilities
- Review and improve our social media strategy and direction, then execute it.
- Increase community engagement
- Research and develop content for inbound traffic
- Research and predict upcoming beauty trends and brands
What You Will Learn
- Technical beauty knowledge
- How to use tools to conduct research for content development
- How to format and write short and long-form articles for maximum effectiveness
Skills We’re Looking For
- Excellent command of the English language, especially written
- Ability to work individually and figure things out when needed
- Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram
A Big Plus If You Have:
- Knowledge of graphic design or photography
- Have already produced any sort of content
- Any sort of business experience
