SK Jewellery Group – Social Media Intern

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our Talent Management team in the Human Resources Department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital communication and a keen understanding of various social media platforms

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts for employer branding and recruitment-specific videos and campaigns for social media, job boards and website for all our brands regionally
• Film, edit and produce videos and with a focus on storytelling that highlight company culture & achievements, employee experiences, and job opportunities for social media platforms, website and job boards for all our brands regionally
• Ensure video content aligns with the brand voice and recruitment strategy
• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and create relevant video content for various job positions
• Monitor video performance and engagement on recruitment platforms and social media channels regionally
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends and recruitment marketing techniques

Requirements:

• Pursing a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media Production, Human Resources, or related fields
• Proficient in video editing software, motion graphics or animation tools
• Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
• Outgoing, fun and with excellent creative and storytelling skills, and a keen eye for detail
• Willing to be part of the video, social media or any other platforms content
• Excellent communication, written and collaboration skills with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• A portfolio showcasing previous video content work (personal or professional) is a plus
