Tele-marketing
- Create awareness and obtaining Request for Quotations (RFQ)
- Follow up on submitted quotations
- Ad-hoc general matters as instructed
General sales & project admin work
- Submit invoice to customers
- General printing and filing
- Data entry/updates of excel sheets
- Sending generic/standard email replies
- Retrieving docs from google drive for email replies to clients
- Management of data in google drive
- Store e-docs into google drive
- Liaise with head office for administrative matters
