Objective & Tasks
- Assist daily operations of E-Commerce platforms (Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee) and perform back-end operations by creating & updating item listings
- Keep item listings and website updated daily (eg. Pricing, Inventory, Product Images)
- Provide logistics support by packing E-Commerce orders and coordinating deliveries in a timely manner
- File Invoices for sales orders
- Answer customer’s enquirers on company’s E-Commerce platforms
- Any other duties per ad-hoc basis
- Working hour: Monday – Fridays, 9:00 am-6:00 pm excluding Public Holiday.
