- Job Description
1. Provide support on Facilities and Equipment Maintenance which includes:
- Sourcing for contractors and suppliers and requesting for quotations
- Undertaking/assisting repair and maintenance works
- Undertaking/assisting Facilities Inspection
- Attending to Services’ requests
- Coordinating with Maintenance Contractors & Services to schedule servicing and repair works
- Updating inventory of tools and spare parts
2. Provide support on Project Management which includes:
- Administering improvement works/ addition and alteration works.
3. Provide Administrative support.
