Purchasing Executive

This role will be work closely with the team leader, communicating with various vendors to
ensure the quality and smooth delivery of the required products for different developments in
other regions.

General Responsibilities
 Engage in the development process
 Maintaining good working relationship with current clients and attracting potential
new customers
 Work closely with Distributors/ Dealers and meet potential/ existing customers to
ensure that all commitments to customers
 Serve as a key contact person between the client and the company
 To negotiate contracts and bids when appropriate
 Familiar with Business Contract Terms

Job Requirement
 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business 

 Willing to learn and has good initiatives 

For permanent Role
 Minimum 3 years working experience in engineering
 Able to manage and foster good working relationships with clients and suppliers
 Pro-active in nature, has good initiatives with a strong sense of urgency to deliver
quality standards
 A good project management experiences will be preferred
 Responsible, mature & independent professional
 Has good presentation skills and is willing to be groomed for further development
