Job Description

As a member of the Front Desk team in Office of Housing, the candidate will be handling and improving front desk operations, resident communication, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform front desk duties which includes attending to queries, replying to emails, confirming reservations, room change requests, residents’ check-in and check-out, programming and issuance of room cards etc.
  • Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback and complaints
  • Craft circulars, letters, notices, emails etc.
  • Interact with residents over various communication channels (such as text, call, face to face, social media etc.)
  • Organise community engagement programmes, activities, and festive decors
  • Coordinate logistic support for events including set up and tear down
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on projects and follow up change requests for the Housing Management System
  • Provide user support (from calls, emails and on-site etc.) on general technical issues relating to the Housing Management System

Requirements

  • Diploma undergraduate studying Facilities Management or any relevant course of study
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate with empathy
  • Able to work independently within deadlines
  • Proactive team player with positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • IT savvy
