Job Description

The Intern, People Experience reports directly to the Senior Manager, People Experience. He/ She is expected to support the team and to apply his/ her marketing and communications knowledge and skills to strengthen the Singtel employer brand. He/ She may be expected to work and support events that are held beyond office hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, he/ she will get to build the Singtel employer brand through:

  • Interviewing senior leaders and writing articles
  • Assist in managing Singtel careers website and social media accounts
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Support in employer branding activities, both in the conduct of events in the market (such as campus recruitment events) as well as for internal Singtel group staff (such as organization of events, virtual or otherwise)

* If events occur after working hours, the intern may be required to stay and help out at the events. Off-in-lieu will be provided.

APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF THIS IS YOU…

  • Marketing Undergrad
  • Possess good writing experience, ideally blog articles (portfolio required)
  • Savvy and experienced in managing social media accounts and writing/crafting social media posts including Facebook, and Instagram. Active participation and familiarity with LinkedIn would be a great advantage.
  • Has experience in planning, organizing and managing events (strongly preferred)
  • Are artistically-incline & possess graphic design experience (preferred)
  • Has the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work under pressure and when necessary, with minimal management.
  • Possess a friendly out-going disposition and propensity to mingle and communicate well with people of different backgrounds as incumbent would be required to interact with various stakeholders on a frequent basis.
  • Conversant with Microsoft office applications (such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Familiarity with other productivity tool/ applications would be an advantage.
  • Good with attention to details and can multitask
  • Is dynamic, passionate, and has the affinity for continuous improvement.
