INTERN, EXPERIENCE & ENGAGEMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in the conduct of Singtel Group Employee Engagement Survey:
- During the pre-survey phase, to assist in data preparation, and coordinating of activities such as training/ briefing sessions
- During the conduct of the survey, to assist in monitoring the progress in completion rates
- During the post-survey phase, to assist in coordinating results dissemination activities for business units, and providing engagement related data & insights
Support in Engagement Comms & Organizing Engagement Activities:
- Assist in engagement/ event communications initiatives, including designing eDMs, and producing videos
- Assist in organizing engagement activities.
- Support in collecting and evaluating feedback on engagement activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong ability to read, analyze data and generating insights from data
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, work under pressure and when necessary, with minimal management
- Conversant with Microsoft office applications (such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Intellectually curious and open to learning, and with the ability to step out of comfort zone to deal with ambiguity
- Dynamic, passionate, affinity for continuous improvement
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
INTERNSHIP DURATION
- Able to commit for min. 6 months from May / June
