Job Description

Digital Content & Service Support Intern (Jan To April)


If you are interested about Digital Content and you are enthusiastic with lots of energy - We have a fantastic Internship opportunity for you at our Digital Innovation & Support division, where we strive to provide excellent service to Singtel customers on various digital platforms.

This internship is designed to fully immerse you in the day-to day activities of our operations. This is a unique opportunity as you acquire professional work experience in a safe and structured environment with help from experts. You do not only learn by just watching, you learn by getting yourself involved in real work/projects.

You will be required to put in a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months because we want you to have a meaningful internship experience where you put what you learn into practice.

This internship opportunity allow you to experience first-hand on what it takes to provide a comprehensive service to customers through new digital technologies, such as automated chatbot.

You will be involved with the following:

  • Analytics on customer interactions and carry out recommended solutions to improve experience by building chatbot intelligence and content.
  • Assist project team in the delivery of new features in relation to chatbot.


We are looking for :

Undergraduates in Business Analytics, Mathematical Science, Data Science, Information Systems & Analytics or Statistics

Your internship application has to be accepted and supported by the relevant institution (Polytechnic / University)
