Job Description

Purview & Responsibilities:

Content Creation

– Assist in social media content creation for SRCA

• Produce content (at least 2 posts/week), key messages, and posts designed to drive traffic (increment of approximately 10 followers/month), promote audience engagement, and support SRCA objectives

• Responsible for social media management (including brainstorming on content direction / overarching strategy, proof reading of content)

• Responsible for supporting a strong audience experience, aligned with client and drive the SRCA brand engagement on social media

• Plan and implement strategic and tactical Social media management to reinforce brand positioning

• Liaise with internal team as well as Singapore Red Cross’s Corporate Communications department to ensure that milestones are met

• Analyse post engagement on different social media platforms using social media tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

• Supports the running of in-house events such as roadshows and events conducted at the community level (eg. World Migrant Worker Day, World First Aid Day etc)

• Other administrative and marketing duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

● Excellent computer literacy, including the use of Google Ap

● Content creation and design skills are desirabl

● Is self-motivated, resourceful and innovative

● Can-do spirit, willing to lea

● Organised, able to multitask efficient

● Great interpersonal skills, energetic, positive.
