Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To support the administration and operations of the Community Resilience Department Programmes, e.g. Elder Aid, Transport Aid and Community First Aid.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operation

  1. Attend home assessments, meetings or events where necessary.

Administration

  1. Assist with preparing reports, data entry or filing as required.
  2. Support the development of health materials for various community health outreach activities as well as services under the Community Health on Wheels (CHoW).

Other duties

  1. Assist and support other CRD/SRC programmes/events/activities;
  2. Participate in training and team meetings;
  3. Undertake any other duties as assigned.


JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualification:

  • Studying in tertiary institution preferred or having completed A Levels/IB.

Additional Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good command of both spoken and written English - the ability to converse in local dialects would be an added advantage;
  • Computer literate, especially with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel;
  • Good presentation and report writing skills;
  • Good knowledge and understanding of local and international community welfare programmes and services.
