Job Description
  • Processing of employees payroll and CPF submission, tax clearance for FWs and yearly IRAS’ submission
  • Manage manpower requirements, recruitment, on-boarding, confirmation, employee contract administration and paymen
  • Manage HR policies, grievance handling, termination of service and disciplinary matters, etc.
  • Performance appraisal management, employee engagement, training and development
  • Maintain employee related database records, employee attendance and leaves entitlements, training records, work passes, medical, insurance renewals and staff manual,
  • Handle administrative duties, verify petty cash claims, insurance renewal, and IT matters relating to HR
  • Liaising with government agencies and authorities on HR related matters and market surveys
  • Ad hoc administration coverage to support Finance, Corporate Services and company events

Qualifications

  • Preferably 3 years working experience with Diploma in HRM
  • Meticulous and able to handle sensitive/confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel an advantage
  • Plan, coordinate and execute variety of task independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills to handle staff related matters
  • Self-motivated and able to work as team.
