Temp - Circulation Business Partnership (Corporate and Single Copies Sales)
We are looking for a suitable intern to join the Circulation Marketing team, who will deal with corporate clients across various sectors from the Ministry, Banking and Finance, Hospitality and Travel etc. On top of that, the candidate will also be participating in various stages of print and digital marketing such as in-paper campaigns for our Chinese evening newspapers, Shin Min Daily News and Lianhe Wanbao. The candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job scope includes:
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials
- Assist with the planning and execution of events/roadshows/prize collection
- Assist in conceptualizing and organizing proposals for pitching purposes, contacting prospective clients
- Assist in organizing and standardizing Standard Operating Processes (SOPs)
- To handle corporate publications orders - administration, processing, relevant paperwork, amendments and logistics
- To prepare corporate sales kits for meetings and contract renewals for existing clients
- To maintain and track digital campaign reports
- To manage store Inventory of marketing collateral and premiums
- Involvement in database creation and data entry
- Sourcing new sales opportunity through outbound cold calls and emails
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin)
- Possess strong communication skills
- Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PPT)
- Ability to work with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop will be an added advantage
