Job Description

Temporary Project Assistant (Exhibits Inc)  
We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join the Food Exhibition Team.  The incumbent will assist in a variety of functions in sales, marketing, admin and operation.


The Job
- Client liaison and document management. Assist in timely sales follow-up through phone calls and emails, preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentation materials.
- Assist to prepare and develop marketing collateral and in executing event promotion campaigns.  To coordinate with clients through phone and email for promotional materials.
- Provide administrative and operational support. Coordinate and liaise with clients and relevant parties through phone calls and emails, to collect, consolidate and sort out orders documents, and to keep track on outstanding payment.
- Any other ad-hoc duties


Requirements
- Possess Diploma in any field. Relevant experience is not a must
- Excellent in written and verbal skills.
- Must be able to basic English-Chinese translation for promotional materials
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin due to operational requirement
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of graphic design, a keen interest in social media tools are plus points.
- A team player, as well as being Independently motivated. Proactive with a positive attitude.
- Customer oriented
- Analytical and creative mind an added advantage
- Willingness to work over weekends/public holidays and long hours, onsite at the event days
- Able to juggle multiple responsibilities, without losing track of what is important
- Able to perform under tight deadlines
Work location: Lorong Bakar Batu
5-day work week, 8.30am to 6pm
