Job Description

About the Role: 

We are seeking a Patient Service Intern to join our growing dental practice in the Central Region (The Dental Studio @ Paragon). In this Internship, you will learn how to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for our valued patients. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Responsible for front-desk duties such as registrations, appointments, billing and payment collection, handling enquiries (email/phone/walk-in)
  • Assist to prepare and dispense medication 
  • Top up medication and assist in stock taking as required 
  • Ensure that procedures/equipment run smoothly 
  • Filing of case notes
  • Handle enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
