Singapore Medical Group Limited – Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous to join our team. The Enrolled Nurse will play a crucial role in managing the reception area, attending to patients, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to doctors during consultations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset.

What You'll be Responsible for

• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and in-clinic procedures (e.g. pap smears, ultrasounds, minor surgeries)
• Provide nursing care for antenatal and postnatal patients
• Perform clinical procedures such as phlebotomy, injections, and basic wound care
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedure care and instructions
• Educate patients on pregnancy care, women’s health, and prescribed treatments
• Manage clinic operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure cleanliness, infection control, and proper maintenance of clinical equipment
• Experience assisting in ultrasound procedures or minor theatre settings
• Familiarity with clinic management systems and electronic medical records

The Experience and Expertise You'll Bring 

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license
• Prior experience in O&G, fertility, or women’s health clinic preferred
• Comfortable working in a private specialist clinic setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach
• Meticulous, organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
