Job Description

Administrative / Program Promotion (3 Months)


JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will assist in the administrative work such as handling email inquiries, write-up of study abroad programs, supporting arrangement of events and ad hoc tasks. The candidate will also be involved in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote study abroad programs to SIM students. These require timely completion, accurate delivery with clear communication with the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A Level (Waiting for Results/Graduate) and Polytechnic Diploma (Business Related/Mass Communication).
  • Native English proficiency or business English proficiency
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good competency in writing to support promotional materials
  • Experience with or interest in Study Abroad programs will be a plus
  • Cheerful personality with strong interpersonal skills and highly energetic with a zest for life
  • Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual who can function independently or within a team
  • Highly energetic cheerful personality with strong interpersonal skills
