Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR onboarding project and improve new hire experience
- Assist in the development of the HR analytics dashboard
- Assist in campus recruitment activities (e.g., attending career fairs, intern recruitment planning, etc.)
- Assist in internal audit to ensure proper maintenance of HR documents and information
- Perform additional duties and partake in other HR projects as requested
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Business or a related field
- Meticulous with a good command of the English language
- Self-driven individual and proactive team player
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
