To support the IT team in the safe packing, moving, and setup of IT equipment during the relocation from the old terminal to the new terminal.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack IT equipment such as desktops, monitors, laptops, printers, scanners, telephones, network devices, and accessories according to instructions.
- Label equipment, cables, and cartons accurately to ensure proper identification during the move.
- Assist in transporting IT equipment between the old and new terminal.
- Assist the IT team with connecting and organizing cables, peripherals, and workstations.
- Perform basic inventory checks before and after the relocation to ensure all equipment is accounted for.
- Handle IT equipment with care to prevent damage during packing and transportation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the relocation.
- Carry out other relocation-related duties as assigned by the reporting supervisor.
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to lift and move IT equipment and boxes.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions carefully.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
