- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaign.
- Creating and executing email-based marketing campaigns.
- Optimising website structure and content for search engines (SEO) and/or the use of paid online advertising (SEM).
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Identify trends, insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- To be responsible for all website content and for creating and implementing the content strategy to ensure online objectives are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Curating innovative content for buzz article, EDM and social media copy to increase organic search.
- Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors.
- Filling websites and other content with effective keywords.
- Work with various departments to manage, edit and proofread content.
- Responsible in managing the website content via CRM system.
- Any other administration tasks.
Requirements:
- WSQ Professional Diploma / Bachelor Degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of proven working experience in digital and content marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email Marketing, proficient in all social media platforms and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Articulate and Fluent in Oral and Written English and Chinese (To liaise with Chinese speaking clients)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, and Xd. (Ae or Lightroom, and Canva is a plus)
- Social Media Content experience such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Wechat
- A keen eye for detail with strong layout skills
- Basic Photography Skills
- Illustration and Animation skills is a plus
- In the loop on the latest graphic design and e-commerce graphic trends
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Experience in creating content marketing campaigns that engage the audience while staying true to the brand identity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to produce creative pieces.
- Able to write engaging, grammatically correct copy, with proofing and editing skills.
- Team player, able to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable in Commission based
