Sincere Watch Limited – Operations Intern

What you'll be doing

• Support backend Retail Operations.
• Manage quotations, invoices and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders once its endorsed.
• Data entry and filing.
• Preparation of data reports.
• Monitor and manage the outlets’ maintenance supplies such as store amenities.
• Handling email enquiries regarding stock allocation, and tracking of sales leads.
• Compile monthly sell-out report for internal and external stakeholders.
• Disseminate information from the Brands Department to respective outlets.
• Ensuring that the in-house system running smoothly for day-to-day operations.
• Manage purchase orders and incoming stocks with brand principles.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
