The SimplyIslam.sg is looking for an IT & AV Support Officer to provide technical support in the implementation, operation and maintenance of all aspects of IT & Audio Visual (AV) capabilities, including display and presentation technologies, seminar/classroom sessions, hybrid learning, recording, video conference, etc. Details are as follows:

Responsibilities

• Update, Maintain, Co-ordinate and Monitor all corrective and preventive maintenance programmes of the Audio Visual (AV) systems, and IT equipment/software.
• Maintain storage and inventory of all IT & AV equipment
• Perform classrooms, seminar rooms and meeting rooms set up, recording, and de-set up involving IT & AV equipment systems.
• Coordinate with team members to identify and support their AV/IT requests and needs.
• Research and test new technologies to improve IT & AV support for the organisation.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports and daily work schedule timely.
• Perform any other adhoc duties/projects as and when assigned.

Requirements

Candidates who apply for this position should possess the following criteria:

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma or its equivalent
• At least 1 year working experience preferably in operations, project support, onsite AV support and online learning. Entry level candidates with intern experience may also apply.
• Possess good IT & AV equipment troubleshooting skills
• IT/Tech Savvy
• Meticulous, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Able to work afternoon to night shift (3pm-11pm) and weekends when required
