Simple IT Pte Ltd – Trainers’ Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team to support the trainer in 1hr to 2hrs activity based mental health workshops. Workshops will be delivered at various locations in Singapore. Assistant is required to support the trainer in ensuring the smooth and effective execution of the workshop. Audience can be school children, working adults or senior citizens. This position is a freelance position. Assistant can indicate preferred time slot and target audience. Expected salary is $30/hr - $40/hr. Additional bonus will be awarded to assistant with good feedback. Training will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Assist the trainer in the setup and preparation of training materials, equipment and facilities
• Facilitate workshop and provide support and guidance to participants throughout the workshop
• Encourage audience participation and interaction among participants during workshop
• Facilitate small group activities and discussions, encouraging participation and interaction among participants
• Assist with the management of logistics, including scheduling, materials management, and participant communication
• Provide feedback to the trainer on audience performance and progress, and assist with the evaluation of the workshop
• Assist with post-training follow-up, including participant surveys and feedback collection
• The Trainer may be required to work on weekends or outside normal business hours to accommodate the training needs of our clients
