Purpose of the Job (Why the job exists):
1) To develop Simmtech International NPI/FAI Dashboard in Salesforce system
2) Populate latest status of NPI / Qualification, internal and customer (NPI – LVM – HVM)
3) The duration of this job is 4 months
Key Job Function:
1) Understand the raw data from different sources. - Work with internal team to gather the
raw data
2) Analyze and standardize worksheet format according to mandatory details required for Management reporting.
3) Generate process flow chart from raw data source to formatting / populate into required
reporting / dashboard.
4) Define / write the script into Salesforce (assigned folder).
5) Write a user manual and troubleshooting document for end users’ guide / simple and user friendly (built in the Salesforce assigned folder).
*Create a data validation (data accuracy) function *Allow multiple data uploads
6) Maintains history / changes log in
7) An option for Final report template revision / update (auto update of revision history)
8) Complete the program within the required duration period
Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):
1) IT Engineering student with specific knowledge in Salesforce infrastructure and process
2) Knowledge in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet / Microsoft word / Power point.
3) Fluent in English communication (written and verbal), Korean language is a plus.
