Silken Cosmetics Pte Ltd was founded with a vision to offer top salon quality products at affordable prices to heartlanders. Based in Singapore, we are the only sole distributor of our brands in the country, specialised in haircare, bath & bodycare, skincare and cosmetics. Our brands are specially curated and imported from various countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan and Japan.
Since our establishment in 1993, we have supplied to over 66 retails & salons in Singapore. In 2017, we decided to jump on the bandwagon and go digital. We started our e-commerce website, where our clients and customers are able to access our products easily. We gradually expanded our product accessibility to various online marketplaces - Qoo10, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Fairprice, Foodpanda.
We are looking for fresh graduates/students interested in gaining insights and first hand experience of how local wholesale distributor SME works.
You would be able to learn how to:
⁃ Manage online platforms - Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Amazon, Fairprice, Foodpanda, Silken Website (WordPress).
⁃ Process and packaging of online orders.
⁃ Managing all online platform inventories and new product listings.
⁃ Responds to customer’s enquires, exchanges, refunds or complaints.
⁃ Analyse sales events and campaigns to boost online sales
⁃ Gathering information about campaign performance and suggest improvements.
⁃ Analysis of monthly sales report
⁃ Coordinate with logistic team and arranging of delivery
- Preparing marketing collaterals when needed
⁃ Perform any other relevant duties or responsibilities as assigned.
⁃ Able to convert to full time permanent position.
Skills Required:
⁃ Full Time interns preferred
⁃ Graduates or students from all disciplinary fields are welcome to apply.
⁃ Strong passion and knowledge in personal care, beauty and cosmetics industry.
⁃ Able to commit for a min of 6 months
⁃ Good communication and interpersonal skills
⁃ Independent and hard working individuals.
⁃ Basic Adobe software - Photoshop/Illustration skills and Microsoft - Excel preferred.
Salary: $800 - $1000
Working Location: Lower Delta Road (Nearest MRT Tiong Bahru)
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri) , Off on Weekends & PH
