Job Description

SUMMARY

  • Detailed design of analog/mixed-signal circuits, including design capture, layout, test, evaluation and debugging of prototype ICs and design support for mass production
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Performs architect, design and layout, simulation for the block-level specifications.
  • Be good in lab testing, characterization and troubleshooting.
  • Develops the innovative new design for patenting or protecting as trade secret.
  • Provides the guidance to the layout designers for sensitive custom layouts.
  • Supports the product definition, the test program development and the manufacturing/production/customer needs.
  • Does the technical sharing.
  • Be a good team player to work well with internal and external partners.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • A technology-related Master’s degree or a bachelor's degree in equivalent training with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • An advanced degree may reduce the minimum experience required.
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
  • Solid experience in CMOS analog/mixed-signal designs, e.g. BG, LDO, SMPS, ADC, DAC, PLL.
  • Knowledge in ESD and Latchup.
  • Knowledge in behavior modeling VerilogA & VerilogAMS.
