We’re looking for a Proposal Management Intern to join our team in Singapore for the 2nd half of 2023.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate and manage the Proposal Management process, including the creation of a structured and consolidated proposal based on guidelines
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts in the Proposal Management process and ensure all timelines are met
- Partner closely with Sales and Regional Support Teams to ensure proposal requests are tracked and delivered on time
- Participate in weekly team calls
What you’ll need
- Undergraduate Engineering students are welcomed to apply
- Customer service focus excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload, multi-tasking is essential
- Strong in using MS Office applications, especially in Excel
- Able to commit 5 days a week (Full-Time) for at least 6 months
