We help users search and download data (public data and premium), using our smart filters to match search results to their intended analysis, and we help premium data providers with earlier discovery in the search process, with a data quality score which distinguishes them vs. competition

Research Consultant Intern (Data-focused)
We help customers find external data more efficiently, removing the pain of having to search and validate multiple sources. The chosen candidate will be working alongside the CEO to understand customers' challenges, what data is required and its purpose.
What you will do:
- Engage deeply with our customers, guiding them seamlessly through onboarding and ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
- Think critically about our customers' needs, connecting their data requirements to our platform
- Represent our customers internally, championing their feedback to influence the development of meaningful features.
- Monitor customer activities across our portfolio, ensuring we're always aligned with their objectives.
- Craft engaging content for self-serve resources, such as user walkthrough pages and instructional videos, to further empower our customers.
The ideal profile:
- You have a genuine passion for data and are always eager to uncover new market or industry trends.
- Fluent in English and one of the South-East Asian languages (preferably Bahasa Indonesia or Thai) to cater to our diverse customer and data partner base.
- Keen on diving into the world of B2B SaaS, especially in roles that put you right at the forefront with our customers.
- Prior experience in a customer-centric role is a plus, but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as important.
- Your attention to detail is unmatched, and you pride yourself on being organised and efficient. You understand the nuances of multitasking without compromising on the quality of your work.
- You're not just about getting the job done; you want to excel at it, understanding the importance of producing top-tier results.
