INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS

NEW ENERGY BUSINESS

Siemens Energy is transforming its HR services globally, by implemented Global standard HR IT systems and outsourcing its HR Admin and Payroll to external service provider. You’ll be responsible for supporting the HR transformation activities in multiple geographies, including Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.

Your profile
- You are completing your degree in Psychology/HR/ Project Management or other related disciplines
- You are passionate about working on global HR IT initiatives, digitalization initiatives as well as roll out of local topics.
- You are eager to learn and experience HR transformation, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Critical thinking, Risk Planning, Process transformation, and work in a multi cultural environment
- You are flexible and committed, as you will be working in a global and regional working environment
- You have good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- You are open minded and diversity is as important to you as it is to us
Your responsibilities
- You will be a key player in our global HR transformation project as part of a wider HR transformation program
- You will be interacting with many stakeholders, e.g. in HR CoCs and HR in the Regions, IT department, management, …
- You will get all the trust and empowerment needed to be successful
- You will support the regional project manager with transition activities, project management support, communication and other change management activities
- You will learn, develop and support other regional counterparts
- Your opportunities for personal growth
- You will work in a fast-paced environment on a high-profile topic
- You will gain experience on how to define global principles and standards for HR Admin processes, as well as an end-to-end process on a global to regional level.
