Job Description

 

  • Support functional teams in end-to-end administration of internal training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of internal training programsAssist in planning and execution of learning programs
  • Maintain and update learning resources on the regional intranet and training catalogue
  • Assist in the development and preparation of content materials (toolkits, e-learning etc.) for new programs
  • Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource or related field
  • Has a keen interest in pursuing a career in Learning and Development or is passionate about promoting a culture of continuous learning
  • Has experience in organising programs or large-scale activities
  • Possesses excellent written, verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, and is an efficient multitasker
  • Enthusiastic team player, who is committed to contributing to the team and growing together with us
  • Proficient in Google products (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail etc.)Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
