Shopee Pte Ltd – Special Projects (People Team) Intern

• Assist in the delivery of recruitment-centric projects such as training support for workshops and improving efficiency of recruitment processes
• Identify key pain-points in People Operations in Shopee and delivering solutions in an effective and timely manner
• Research on industry best practices and synthesise data to assess feasibility of proposed people-related projects
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist in administrative and other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related fields
• Ability to break down problem statements and suggest practical solutions Independent worker with a high level of initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication skills Innovative and analytical, with a high level of commitment to delivering
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude
• Fast-learner with strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines 
• Full-time interns preferred (3 to 6 months)
