What is ShopBack FOMO?
Just like how the US has SlickDeals, Australia has OzBargains and UK has HotUKDeals, ShopBack FOMO is ShopBack’s foray into creating a deals community where the most “kiasu” of ShopBack users can come together to share and consume deals.

Responsibilities
- Design and build features to improve the user experience of browsing and sharing deals
- Front end web development using Vue.js with Tailwind CSS
- Back end API development using Rust with MySQL
- Able to start immediately (preferably)
- Minimum commitment of Dec 2020 - Apr 2021 (high priority given to candidates who can commit full-time and for a longer duration)
- Web development experience with Vue.js or React
- Experience in relational database management systems, e.g. PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Professional proficiency with TypeScript and/or Rust
- Enjoy working with and learning new technologies
- Prior work experience in E-commerce / Deal Platforms
- Entrepreneurial experience
- Experience with Rust or other system programming languages e.g. C++
- Experience with utility-based CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Tachyons
