In Singapore, the company has also extended its service offering with ShopBack GO, an app-based rewards platform for in-store shopping, dining, and entertainment. What is ShopBack FOMO?
Just like how the US has SlickDeals, Australia has OzBargains and UK has HotUKDeals, ShopBack FOMO is ShopBack’s foray into creating a deals community where the most “kiasu” of ShopBack users can come together to share and consume deals.
It is a new initiative by ShopBack (<3 months old), one-of-a-kind in Singapore!
You will report directly to and work closely with the project lead.

- Oversee the daily uploading and maintenance of deals on ShopBack FOMO
- Assist in the execution of monthly marketing campaigns
- Analyze product performance with a data-driven mindset
- Weekly reporting on key product metrics and recommendations on further optimization
- Conduct user-interviews and usability testing with power-users
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including marketing, product, data, CRM & more to ensure the success of campaigns and incremental product improvements
- Minimum commitment of Dec 2020 - Apr 2021 (high priority given to candidates who can commit full-time and for a longer duration)
- Able to start immediately (preferably)
- Marketing/Communications background
- Prior work experience in E-commerce / Deal Platforms
- Entrepreneurial experience
- Experience with graphic design
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Grafana, etc.
