Job Description

As an HR & Admin Intern, you will involve and various core HR activities and administrative operations. You will work closely with the HR manager on recruitment, onboarding, office administration, and IT coordination, while helping to deliver engaging employee activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, various HR systems, people engagement, and best practices in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key tasks:

  • Support on recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination

  • Support in onboarding process

  • Support the employee engagement activities in the company as required (e.g. ESG, Health and Safety Program).

  • Support daily front desk operations, including answering calls and welcoming visitors

  • Assist with general office administration (documents, invoices, stationery, couriers)

  • Assist in coordinating office facilities, vendors, and basic IT equipment

  • Assist with office relocation activities, including logistics coordination, vendor follow-ups, and move preparations

Who We’re Looking For

  • Preferably penultimate year student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
