As part of the Warehousing and Distribution hub centre in Singapore, the Officer (Warehousing & Distribution) is responsible for consolidating both work-in-progress and finished goods for export to customers worldwide.
Job duties and requirements:
- Assist the Section Head and Manager with daily logistics operations
- Ensure error-free shipment to subsidiaries and customers
- Liaise and coordinate with various subsidiaries on logistics issues
- Arrange purchase return for finished goods to related factories
- Management warehouse inventory
Job requirements:
- Minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in Logistics/Shipping/Business Administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PPT)
- Possess the willingness to learn
- Able to perform over-time when necessary
